Accountability Thread.. what did you eat Sunday

Well Monday is here and it's back to work for me. I ate way to much this weekend so it's time to get a hold of that wheel and get control of my ship. Are you all with me.

B- protein shake

S- protein bar

L- chicken taco with out the taco

S- nothing

D- 3 oz of chicken and two bites of beans

S- Ice cream and pretzels and 3 prunes...

totals calories...1,319, carbs.... 131, fat..... 43, protein.... 113

Didnt drink enough.. already starting this morning.. plan to make my goal today.

OOOOHHH boy, did I eat too many carbs yesterday!!!! OY! Trying to get more protein in today, I have no probs getting in my water and all...Hubby and I went to the movies, so I couldn't resist the popcorn and candy..hmmmmmm, next time I think I'll at least take some more wls friendly sweets...a protein bar or protein balls would be good. I think you did pretty well.. I always like to see protein higher cause I think it helps with weight loss. Maintaining carbs are ok although I still fear them quite a bit. You did really good yesterday at getting more calories in.. keep up the good work :applaud:

Hi, all!  I'm trying to be better - and so far, I've done it for 2 days.  I think I can continue - I think I can, I think I can!!!!!! B - 8 oz nsa lf peach yogurt w/2 T ground flaxseed, banana S - AchievONE L - medium Granny Smith apple w/1 T pb, sf Jell-O cup, 1 pack O'Coco's, 5 sf Werthers S - AchievONE      nsa Italian ice cup D - 3 oz salad w/1 oz lf shredded cheese, 2/3 c peas, sf Jell-O cup w/ff RW, sf fudgie S - 1/4 c cashews, 1 c grapes Plus I drank 64 oz water, 24 oz ff sf hot cocoa w/ff RW, 16 oz half decaf coffee, 16 oz decaf diet green tea, 12 oz decaf Diet Coke and I treaded for 30 minutes and did light weights for 30 minutes plus ABC.   Total - 1649 calories fat - 44; carbs - 232; protein - 88

Great job. I love exercise.. it makes me feel like i accomplish something. Great job on your drinks and intake. It that a normal day for you. I am not as far out as you are so I am not sure about the carbs, but you are doing well with your weight. Are you where you want to be or looking for more... see you tommorrow

Thanks for the support!!  I actually despise exercise - but I do it 6 days a week!  I DO like how I feel after - I just hate doing it!  LOL   Actually, I've cut my calories the last few days.  I've put on 5-10 pounds over the last year - even though I've done nothing differently eating-wise and I have always exercised religiously.  My carbs are frustrating - but I can't give up my fruits!!  I would be very happy to get back to 150 instead of between 155 and 160.  This is much more frustrating than I thought it would be this far out - but I'm in it for the long haul!! Keep up the good work yourself - and thanks for taking over this link!  I enjoy seeing what other people are doing and I miss Alesia!!!!

I already know my day was bad so I didn't even bother to fitday it and prove it to myself.  B - oatmeal L - 1/2 bowl potato soup; 1/4 BLT sandwich D - chicken salad wrap from Arbys - OMGSH - do NOT ever get this. I was SICK and in major PAIN all night from it. I think it was the skin they left on the apples and the skin from the grapes.... ugh, it about tore me up inside.  That's it for me.... ugh, not a good day.

ouch.. sounds like you had a bad day. apples and i dont always get along either.. its strange how picky the old pouchy is sometimes. hope you feel better today.

Yeah.. a little low for you in both areas but you do so well each day. You should be proud of how you stick to it each day. I am doing pretty good.. still trying to figure out the line between maintaining/loosing and gaining. It's a work in progress.
