Hi Mike! I take: 3 Flintstone chewables/day 3 Citrical chewables/day 1 biotin/day 1 B12 sublingual/day 1 B1/week As long as I stick with chewables or tablets, I do fine. Capsules do nothing for me. I can tell they work because my levels are all ok when I have my bloodwork done.
I do still get my protein drinks in. Usually, I drink 2 AchievOne's/day.
I was advised by the nut to get in:
1200-1400 calories
GT 100 g carbs (gt 30 g fiber)
LT 30 g fat
++64 oz water/day
Hope this helps....

Supplements: Bariatric Advantage chewables -- 2 multivits, 3 calcium, Bariatric Advantage B-12 on odd calendar days, Repliva 21/7 for iron (Rx) What works: Switched to Repliva because the OTC iron supplements weren't working All the others seem to be fine. How can I tell: My lab work looks good now Protein shakes: Yes, still using them at least 2 a day. Nectar fruit flavors and Achiev One are my favorites. How many carbs: I am not measuring carbs. I avoid foods with more than 5 gm of sugar per serving,unless that sugar is from milk or fruit (not added). When gm count is not available, I still use the 5th ingredient rule -- sugar should not be listed as one of the first four ingredients in a product.
