Good morning everyone, yesterday was pretty good for me, I did nosh on a few things but didn't write them down...brain f_@rt on my behalf...How did you guys do> Anything good going on for ya thins weekend? I think we're going to see Transformers today, other than that nothing is up here...

Well I have had a very busy weekend. picked up one kid from camp on friday and the other 3 kids yesterday from a different camp.. finished the youngest bedroom and cleaning, tons of laundry.. today is my sons 12th birthday so after we go to church we are having a bbq and party for him. what a weekend I tell you...
I ate like a pig yesterday lol... made up for the day before.. now I need to round it out..

L- low carb chicken club from Carls.. I never eat that junk
S- protein balls 2
D- Pizza on low carb torrilla
S- ice cream and a plum
totals.... calories.....1,463, carbs.... 84, fat.... 60, protein.... 127
I'm sure I didnt drink enough.. will up that today.
