Deidre are you contining to loose eating what you are eating. It seems pretty low. I did the same thing and had slowed to a turtle in loosing. When I upped my calories I started loosing again. I'm just wondering because you are a year out now and my doc had me at more than that for calorie intake. Do you exercise as well.

I'm staying pretty consistant on my weight, I just honestly forget to eat(NEVER did I think THAT would happen) so it's a struggle for me to get in enough calories...I do walk 3X a week, most weeks when I have time...I'm such a work in progress :P LOL Have a great day! Dede

I fought like a dog when my doc and nut told me to up my calories. I was sure I would stop loosing. I was eating about the same at you at about a year out. So after a ton of people told me I was living in starvation mode I took their advice and moved up to 1000/1100 calories.. it was so tough and I was so scared.. but all of a sudden (Not over night) i dropped 10 pounds in a month.. than my nut said go up to 1300 to 1500... i still struggle to do it but in truth when i get closer to the 1300 cals a day i lost more weight. that was just a couple months ago and I lost another 10 pounds in a month. I upped the protein to above 110 each day as well. It really seems to work for me.

Now I am trying to get closer to 1500 calories and hope I wont loose more.. I am at 121 and 5'5'. Now I worry that upping my calories will have me loosing again which I dont want.
