Accountability - What did you eat, Thursday 8/9?

Well Hello to Everyone, I'm sorry   I did not get on to post accounting yesterday...I have to say my life is seriously swamped these days - hardly can see my desktop at work, trying to help both all my boys with life issues ( yes than includes the DH, think he is having a mini mid-life crisis)...  Anyway, I want to ask a favor...I am just not going to be able to keep up with posting and giving support replies on the accountability post for a the next little while...I know accounting is still really important to me and  I WILL make time to track my food in Fitday, but I'm going to take a step back from this post...Does someone else want to take up the slack?  I will check in when I can, post replies when I can, and post my own food choices when I can... Thursday's Food: B - 20 oz 1/2 caf sf/ff fv & caramel latte       1 sf mini choc cupcakes S - Revival Soy Crisps - Oh My Apple Pie! L - 1 1/2 cups italien wedding soup       2 sf chocolates S  - 1" cube raspberry fudge        1 almond m & m        6 plain m & m 's  D - 10 oz choc/coconut Protein on the Go        S - 1 oz onion & mustard cashews       1/4 serving of small McDonalds Fries       1 sf chocolate ( just before bed) PLUS - 102 oz water/crystal light and 10 oz hot tea TOTALS  =     Cals - 1331     Fat - 46     Carbs 157        Protein 78 Hope to see you all periodically in the postings...I hope we can keep this rolling...Thank you for all the support you have given me since I started this post...We chat again one day soon...  Alesia

b: none l: 10:45 a.m 1 oz carne asada 1 oz. grilled chicken, 2 tablespoons guac., 1 oz cheese, 1 oz rice, 1 oz beans, 3/4 corn tortilla... our dept. held a bbq s: 1/4 small chili from wendy's w/ cheese & onions 16.7 grams of protein, was my 11 month olds lunch. wasn't really hungry d: 1 vietnamese fresh spring roll, contains 3 shrimp, lettuce, very thin slices of chicken and rice vermicelli noodles.... peanut sauce s: promax protein bar 20grams of protein, but has 24 grams of sugar  and 290 calories (all the pharmacy had were i work) they taste pretty good though.... didn't finished.

Alesia, I can totally relate to what you are going through. We can only do so much in a day and have to learn to say no to somethings in order to stay sane.


I ususally post late in the day, if someone hasn't started a post I would be glad to do so at that time.

I know we will all miss your posts and hope that you can check in when ever you are able.

I had a pretty good day, except no structured exercise. Just shopping and cleaning.
