Hi all, I needed to post so I am starting this thread late, it is 10:51pm.

We had a beautiful day here in SE CT. The humidity finally broke and it was an all around nice day.

Alesia, no I am not training for a walkathon. Maybe that should be a future goal for me???
My weight is staying the same which is ok , but I would still like to lose 10 more lbs. Well I will just have to keep trying, anyhow I feel better and am healthier than I have been in many years and that is what is most important.

hey i had a pretty carby today yesterday.... b: strawberry yogurt, 1/2 a pear, 1 strawberry, and 2 pineapple cubes & a sprinkle of granola (hospital food... again) l: chicken sandwich w/ lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers w/ a little bit of ranch dressing on sourdough bread. (hospital food... again) s: 25 french onion "sunchips" about 270 calories s: working on a promax protein bar 20grams of protein, but has 24 grams of sugar  and 290 calories (all the pharmacy had were i work) they taste pretty good though.... finished. d: small chili from wendy's w/ cheese & onions 16.7 grams of protein aprox. 280 calories 8 oz APPROX. 1408 calories, carbs way too many 146, protein 81 grams
