Wellll,  I  had been doing great until today.  All I had available for lunch was tuna and crackers.  I've eaten 9 so far.  I'm stuffed.  Think I'll stop there.

I don't have the dreaded crack addiction but I can soooo relate with the granola, my new thing is either Grape nuts trail mix (granola type cereal) or Very berry cheerios...what is up with that?????? I might be willing to make a trade for crunchy crackers.....Dede

Crackaholics are those of us who have "issues" with starting/continuing/can't stop eating those dreaded crackers.  I started the thread about a week ago that "Cheese Crackers are the Devil!" and those who have the same issue(or similar)started posting. Julie

I have been off the crackers for a couple of weeks, then went to granola and found out it was bad too, so then I turned to peanuts, and looked it up yesterday and it was even worse. So I gave my bag of peanuts to a skinny little girl who sits outside my office, and today my snacks will be 1/4 of a peanut butter sandwich on wheat, twice a day. I was scared to weigh this morning after eating the peanuts, but so far they haven't stuck to anything.

My nutritionist recommended almonds if I had to have the crunch factor.  They are "better" than peanuts, nutrition-wise. Julie
