I just wanted to check in and let everyone out there know that I am hanging in there, and am doing much better with eating these days.  I did not carry out the "time out" plan, but I guess that's basically what I have done---stepped back, and said, "Hold on and get a grip!!!"  I am having the shake for breakfast, and either one for lunch or some tuna, and a SENSIBLE dinner.  Now, I have cheated a little, but I am FOR THE MOMENT in much more control that I was.  It is amazing how difficult it is to make it through one day of eating right when you're used to eating crappy, but after just that one day, I for one, feel better already, like I've really made a big step, because for me, it is a HUGE step, so anyway, please continue to remember me, and keep me encouraged.  I need it EVERYDAY!!!!   By the way, has anyone gotten BC/BS of Texas to cover tummy tuck?  I REALLY need one, but there's no way we can pay for it right now.  My BC/BS of Alabama wouldn't do it, but I know each one is different, so I thought I'd ask ~Thanks!!!

It is definitely a one day at a time thing to stay on track.  Glad things are going better.  I've been doing the shakes and bars this week myself.  I knew this was going to be a bad week at work with closing the month and doing financials and all.  We work late three days per month, and I learned that on that week it is easier for me to do shakes and bars so that I don't have an excuse to eat crap because all I need is a small reason like being too busy to plan healthy things.  LOL.  But, it is Friday, and hell week is over.  I get off early today.  Woo hoo!   Have a good weekend.   Melissa
