Underwater weighing and Basal Metabolism Testing

I am scheduled to do these tests on Sunday - has anyone else done this and was it worth it?

No, I haven't done any of this, but I am very interested in it and have done some research on it. I'd be happy if you could pass any info along to me after you're done with your testing.

Where are you doing it?  I have seen Dan Carey at the University of St. Thomas three times and have found the information very valuable.  He charges $40 (at least he used to) and it's been worth every penny. Take care.
