Hi everyone, how are you handling the heat? It's so much easier for me now than in past years when I was carrying around all that extra weight.

Had a pretty good day food wise and got in my exercise, I keep improving my time on my walk. Got in 1 and 1/3 miles in 30 minutes Went outside and pulled up a lot of weeds.

Lots of tomatos now getting ripe, yum.

Lookin' good Sher, Great job on the exercise, are you building up for a walk-a-thon? You've made great strides at improving your calorie total, how is this working out in terms of the scale, still holding steady? You stay cool too and we'll talk again tomorrow...Alesia

Little slow on the uptake today. been out goofing off all day enjoying the day with out the kids.. of course I was shopping for them..lol... just cant escape them can we.

B- Protein shake

totals .... calories...1,155, carbs.... 89, fat.... 39, protein 117

drank over 100 oz.. good day over all

hey sorry it took so long to get back, i had to go to school and just got home. go to work and then straight to school. 13-14 hour days. =( it takes me about 1-3 hours, depending if i'm hungry or just trying to get the protein down.... today took me about 40 mins.

Do you stretch it out cause you would dump on the sugar content otherwise or is it just because the bar is "bulky/dense" in texture and just takes longer to fini**** Alesia

i am one of the lucky ones that don't dump on sugar. i dump on portions of rice and bread. that was my downfall... i could eat all the sugar i want and be fine, but i'm not tryin to spread it out that is just how it happens cause i get full off of it.
