Hi, Alesia!!! B- Coffee, w/ FF 1/2&1/2/splenda, 2 oz. baby carrots, 1 slice light bologna, 4 oz. Light'n'Fit strawberry/banana yogurt S- SF cinnamon bun snack bar L- M.M.light lemonade, 1/2 Laughing Cow Light chz wedge & 1 Tbsp. FF chddr chz melted on 2oz. chicken breast, 1 Dannon Sgr & Crb Control strawberries and cream yogurt, 1/4c grapes S- 2 slices SF/Protein&Fiber enriched toast w/1Tbsp. ICBIN Bttr and 1/2tsp. cinnamon/sugar mix sprinkled on top D1- 1/4c Gen. Tso's chicken mmmmmmmm this was good!!!, 11/2c shrimp (I picked this out of the shrimp fried rice) 1 crab puff D2- 1 M.M.Light Orangeade, 1oz. lean hamburger patty w/slice FF chz, 2 pickles & 1/3c vanilla ice cream for dssrt S- 3/4 Special K protein cereal w/ 1/2c FFmilk Started out good then DH ordered Chinese takeout for dinner and it was all over!!! Because I ate this bad for me but tasty food...you guessed it I was hungry soon after, so I really had 2 dinners one at 5pm and one at 7pm!!!
Hi Amy, I read you post yesterday and thought I replied then, but I guess not, sorry I'm so late chiming in...Looks like you made good choices, and as for the extra dinner, this happens to me sometimes too, on nights when I have meetings I might eat early and then everyone goes out after the meeting and I end up eating again, I usually post the 2nd eating as a snack although it usually is more food than a snack would be...I think the key in these times is just to make sure the 2nd meal is protein rich and try to avoid the carbs in the 2nd meal, that way at least the extra cals really mean something...
Hey, on the TSO's chicken, SAM's Club has a great frozen box meal for this if you have a SAM's in your area and are a member...
