Well, since I have been at work since 6 am today, I thought I would start our thread for Friday... Here goes: B:  1 small apple with 1 tbsp almond butter S:  iced decaf, nf, SF english toffee latte      starbucks biscotti L:  1/2 chicken "calzone"  (3 ozs chicken in corn meal wrapper)       15 tortilla chips 2 tbsps guacamole S:  2 multigrain rice cakes ~Cinnamon toast crunch D:  1 slice of roast beef 2 slices cheese Cals 865    85 carbs   40 grms pro fat 15 These numbers are p*ss poor, but since I was fasting for my annual blood work, I didn't even eat until 11 am.  Today is another day!! Hello all.. well as always the weekend is busy. Hope everything is ok with Alesia. Miss her here it goes

L- chicken and roast beef with gucamole and cheese on it. cherry cheese cake

S- 1 protein ball and a cup of fruit.

D- chicken enchiladas with no torillas

S- Ice cream and pretzels..

totals... calories,,,1,351, carbs.... 106, fat.... 44, protein.... 129

I snacked way to much yesterday... drank over 100 oz of crystal light.. so did good there...
