Hi Gina, I gained 42 pounds from my lowest post-op weight.  Since this past January, I lost 20 of the 42 pounds I gained and I am on the losing side again.  Please check out my profile and my recent posts and be encourged.  By getting back to the wls life style, you will be able to lose the weight again.  Because children learn by example, this is also a way for your children to learn and develop good eating habits as well.  You can do this!! Good luck and many blessings to you and your family.

Thanks for admitting the gain.  I'm almost 4 years out as of 11/17 and I have gained about 45 lbs.  It is so frustrating and sometimes discouraging but I guess we need to remember that it is all about getting back on the horse and living one day at a time (in fact, some days it is one MEAL at a time).  Thanks!

Hello, I am almost 3 years out and had a baby a year ago and I cannot get off the 45lbs I gained. I must admit that my eating habits are coming back and I haven't had the energy to work out. That is why I checked the board today and saw your message. I need some inspiration to get going again.
