Whey protein bullets

I bought those whey protein bullets (42g of protein in each) from "a site you all know" but found them way too sweet for me.  I had tried mixing them with different things - juice, water, etc. but I still couldn't gag them down. I just mixed one with Diet Sprite - and I think it's fantastic.  The Sprite somehow tones down the sweetness of the protein mixture.  At least now I know I can get in as much protein as I need each day without fail.

They aren't the best tasting things... it's the texture that gets me, kind of like melted jello.  I just think of it as medicine and chug it down in 3 gulps and then I'm done.

I loved the grape ones, but the other flavors I could barely choke down. I will have to try the sprite tip!

I hold my nose & gulp down the 25 gr. ones.  The 42 gr. ones are too thick for me.

What are whey protein bullets???? I have been out of  the loop for a while (and paying the price with weightgain)  So it is back to basics : Phase ONE: Get back on track with water!!! Phase TWO: Get my Protein back up. Phase THREE: Get exercise back up.

You can drink carbonated beverages? I can't!! They don't sit well for one thing and the other thing is that "they" (whoever they are) that carbonation will cause your pouch to stretch. I SURE don't need that!!!       Hugs,  Piggy
