I can't seems to get new pic small enough and do not know how to do it for my avatar. Can someone help me?

Hey, Joan! I had posted right before you that I couldn't resize my photos small enough to fit the avatar, but have not gotten any help so far. Please let me know who helped you, or how I can get them to help me. What is the OFF board? Any help would be greatly appreciated! P.S. You have done an awsome job with your weight loss! Keep up the good work!!!!!!!

here is the link to OFF http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/over_50/ You will see my post and then just send her a message and she will tell you what to do as far as sending her the pic..she will resize it and email it back to you. Then you can go to your profile and fix it.
