I DID IT!  I got 7 cards for last week.  Woot woot. I guess I'm greedy though because I want more to show for it.  I had a SMALL loss for the week.  I want big numbers damnit.  I guess I have to find some time to squeeze exercise in. I know I know.  But I work about 50 hours a week and have a 3 year old and a big house and a million other excuses.  :) I had a great day yesterday though. My goal for this week is 7 cards again.  And NO STEPPING ON THE SCALE again until next Thursday.  That will be a TOUGH one.  I'm addicted to that thing every morning.  I VOW to not step near it until next Thursday.  Mark my word.  I'm also going to formulate an excericse plan/schedule/agenda etc etc.   B - Choco/Strawberry Smoothie Strawberry Puree Pop Coffee w/ SF creamer S - Baby carrots Banana L - 1/2 Tuna salad sandwhich side salad w/ FF italian cantaloupe & grapes S - FF yogurt & bran buds D - Deluxe Cheeseburger melt casserole 1/2 cup LF cottage cheese steamed veggies strawberry shortcake (dessert about an hour later) S - Chocolate rice quakes w/ 1 TB peanut butter spread on them Total was the bottom of my points.  TONS of water and lots of good fruit/veggie/fiber choices.  Protein was 82 grams (not bad - not the best) I've been kinda logging cals too just out of curiousity.  It's higher then I thought - the past three days I'm getting right around 1500-1600.  I'm comfortable with that though. Hope your day is going well!  I have a "jewelry party" tonight.  So the snacky temptations will be abundant.  Oy!

Hi Amy!!! OK girl, you HAVE to share your Deluxe Cheeseburger Melt Casserole recipe!  It has me drooling and I don't even know what all is in it!  It sounds yummy! My son is 3 years old too so I know how it makes life "difficult" at times!  I don't know about your 3 year old but mine is WEARING ME OUT!  Luckily our gym has childcare and he actually begs to do there so it's good motivation for me to go workout! Anyway, share that recipe ... I'm dying for it!  Ha, ha! Oh, and GREAT job on your eating ... you did awesome!!! Deanna  :)

You know how I love to be asked to post recipes.  I LOVE TO COOK!!!  I made the shortcakes homemade too.  I do it like once a week. My Katie loves to help in the kitchen.  She's so cute.  She helps with all the stirring and sits on the counter and pretends to put stuff into whatever I am making.  It's our special time together. The recipe is actually one I stole from Bisquick.com  I think it needs renamed though because it doesn't resemble cheeseburger AT ALL.  Hubby and I both love it - but really don't know where in the heck the name came from.  It is delish though.  And SO easy. I make it in an 8X8 for my small fam but you can double everything and make in a 9X13 easy enough! :)  I also like to spice mine up with some garlic powder inthe crust and the meat (or real ressed garlic) - and I put some parsley in the crust to make it pretty.  It's a good base recipe and easy to play with and change up! :)
2/3 CUP Bisquick Heart Smart
2 TB water
1/4 CUP eggbeater
1/2 CUP shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 LB 1/4 CUP ground turkey diced onion
1 CUP condensed cream of mushroom soup - 98% FF
2/3 CUP frozen mixed vegetables (I use peas & carrots)

1. Heat oven to 400ºF. Spray 8X8-inch pan with cooking spray. Stir Bisquick mix, water, eggbeater and 1/4 cup of the cheese in medium bowl; spread in pan.
2. Cook beef & onion in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in soup and vegetables; heat until hot. Spread over batter in pan.
3. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.  Bake 23 to 25 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.

7 Cards!!!!   Yaowwwsa... MsAmyB, you are right though, if you can work some "official" exercise into you week, it might help, not that chasing around toddlers is not exercise, cause I been there and done that ...And girl, you are going to make it 7 next week too, I know it, you've got the first one under your belt and its always the hardest...Just keep steering that ship towards your destination and you'll keep seeing those lower numbers, they DO add up, takes a little time this far out...

Put out a few snackies you can work with and enjoy the party, hope you get big sales and lots of free stuff...Alesia
