OKAY - Here's your shout out   - WAKE UP ... Now that you can hear me, GREAT day girl...I know I am really struggling with the detox this time, probably should not be trying to do this while "flo" is in town, but got to get to it...The gym usually rejuvenates me, but last night after my gym trip and reading Harry Potter to the family all I wanted to do was go to bed too...Think it takes a few days to get the missing energy levels back up from giving up those little sugar highs I get from the carbs and white sugar products... Good Luck to both of us...  Alesia

Hello Anita, I always enjoy you posting and its not really about what you are eating or drinking or not, its about keeping track and reporting it to someone besides yourself to help you stay on the plan you want to be on...So please keep on posting with us Looks like it is going well...Are you going to hold off on weighing in and only do that once a week to allow time for the results to take shape? See ya tomorrow...  Alesia

Hi Joan & Ethel... Wow I was already thinking of my reply post and how you eat so many salads, fruits and veggies which is so different from most posties when you went and said if for me ...The cal total is really low, and you realize it, but I think the important question is the why, are you still trying to lose? or is it just the meat issue?  If its just the meat you might try adding in some higher cal protein drinks or some meat substitutes like tofu or hummus...If you want to try the drink, here is my fav I make at home, has good protein and is also a cal booster... 8 oz carb countdown choc milk 1/2 a med banana 4-5 ice cubes 1 scoop choc protein powder 1 heaping tbsp dry decaf coffee crystals 1 splenda packet Blenderize and drink up...You can also add a tbsp of peanut butter if you are feeling like your really want to put in the extra cals... Stats -  271 cals, 23 fat, 13 carbs,  29 Protein  - this is without the p/b you can just add in those numbers to correct the stats... Anyway, thanks for joining in, come back by often...  Alesia
