Hey Anjanette, This day looks REALLY good, and I really don't see a problem with getting in more protein you got to be way out of the water high before you body starts dumping them and I know you will continue to get good suggestions on ways to up the cals without making poorer food choices - you know, you really are being smart about it - anyone can get the cals up, if they just choose to snack and eat all day on just anything, but you are trying to make the food choices worthy of your body and that is great...Keep working on it, you will figure out a plan that works fits for you, one of the great benefits of this community is so many people with some many suggestions... I never have a problem with the cals it seems except when I really watching my carbs, then the cals seem to fall a little low, but if I keep my carbs around 100-125 the cals fall in line pretty well too, but thats what works for me...  Alesia

Hello Frog... Well, now, you did really good today, nice choices and I see a little mexican theme going here, are you living in southern cal by any chance?  I know when we lived in CA I had something mexican-type most every day...I know alot of other posties you also only do meals and not snacks, for me, gotta say don't know how you guys do it and get in enough cals and protein, now just got to get the waters numbers up a little more and you will be going gangbusters... Hope to see you back tomorrow... Alesia

Hi Anita, Looks like you are going to try a modified time-out program where you implement mostly protein drinks into your day and supplement a little with regular food, am I right?  Hey, I say go for it, and I hope it works on getting you back into the right mindset and mode...What is important is to make good choices, get in plenty of protein, and keep all your numbers in the best ranges, from what I see you did GREAT with that... See ya later gator...Alesia
