Accountability - What did you eat, Monday 7/30?
Hi, Alesia! I'm back to keep you on track - even though I'm struggling some myself . Vacations w/the fam kill me! But I'm trying to get back to normal. I did walk for 45 minutes on the beach every day - but evenings were tough!!
B - 1 c shredded wheat w/2 T ground flax, banana, 1 c ff milk
S - 1 pack pb on wh crackers, AchievONE
L - 1 sandwich cheese slice, 1 c grapes, sf Jell-O cup, 1 pack O'Coco's, 5 sf Werthers
S - 3 parm ch wafers, AchievONE
D - 1/2 c ff cottage ch w/sm can of diced pears, 3 oz salad w/3 T lf TI dressing, sf Jell-O cup w/ff RW, sf fudgie
S - 1/4 c cashews, 1 c cherries
Plus I drank 64 oz water, 16 oz half decaf coffee, 16 oz decaf diet green tea, 12 oz cf Diet Coke, 12 oz diet cranberry juice, 16 oz ff sf hot cocoa w/ff RW and I cleaned the whole house - which REALLY needed it after being gone a week and 4 cats shedding, puking and the Persian shaking her eye goop all over the floors! Hugs to all - I'm glad to be back to "normal"!!!

Vacations are hard on the bod and keeping it all in line and on track is hard, you knew that before you left and did do some pre-planning beforehand so you could have this time and not think sooo much about being bad on vacation...Now you are home, shake it off and get back on track, I know you have it in you to make adjustments and bring it all back in line...
You made some good choices today, remember that and keep doing so...My only suggestion, for the next week or so, you might focus on really limiting your carbs - shoot for 150 or less a day...Think this will help bring the numbers back down and lessen your craving for them at the same time, which makes it easier all around to continue to stay in control...
Must have been a blast, coming home to all that fund ( can you hear the sarcasm dripping from my tone?) cleaning up... Personally I have 3 dogs and similar issues with shedding and puking ( plus its always mustard yellow or green, such a nice color to try and get out of beige carpet a week later)

Are you getting the vibes I am sending you? Probably not since it is 12:15 am as I am posting this. My server was down until now because of a storm.
