Rainy weather??? coffee with ff creamer B-1/2 boiled egg and 1 1/2 egg whites, 2 bacon, slice cheese L-3 oz chicken, 1/4 c brocc and cheese, 1/4 c. peas, 1/4 c. brown rice, vitamuffin S-snack bag baked doritos, 2 slices ham D-whole wheat pasta, ground chicken, tomato sauce, parmesan grated S-banana nut vitamuffin (they're gone!!!) TOTALS: Cals -1417 Fat - 40 Carbs - 169 (WOW) Prot - 116

Hi alesia, well i think i did good today. but i dont think i got enough protein in. i have been bad and no****ching what i was eating. i been baking sf peanut butter cookies and eating them. now i told myself i have to start being in control. my weight is now 156 so i have to stop this stuff right now and loose. . anita B- 1 scoop body fortress cho. protein powder (23 proteins) 1 c. skim milk (8 proteins)
L- maybe 1/2 c. cottage cheese, 2 slices turkey, 2 slices roast beef, 1 provolone cheese, 5 red grapes - ate this at the hosptal. i was waiting for a friend to come out of surgery. she was having lap rny done.not sure how much protein.
S- atkins cho. chip granola protein bar (17 proteins)
D- 1 hot dog (5proteins) 1 hot dog bun small spoon of instant mashed potatoes 4 fried green and yellow squash with italian bread crumbs spoon of homemade applesauce
S- 6 oz. sf jello
S- 1 serving of mini chedder rice cakes 1 serving of caramel rice cakes
16 oz. def coffee 16 oz. def hot tea 126 oz. plain water
Hi Alesia, Yes I am seeing the light and now i have to stay with the light if i dont just knock me in the head. ok.. i cut the carbs big time today. you will be shocked but i maybe doing it all wrong we will see what you say about my food for today when i post it tommorow. yes you and i and all the others can do it. oh first goal is carbs under 100... and thur and fri........... i cant wait............ i will weight myself in the morning since its a new month. and then put the scale up for a week. anita
