Hi Dede, Good day !  WooWhoo...BTW why didn't you count the fruit in, cals would not be so bad but some fruits are loaded with carbs ( like my banana's, love them but have to know the stats ) Anyway, keep going on this track, you are going great... Until tomorrow...Alesia

Well, Heeelllo ButtonNose, Welcome aboard accountability, always happy to have a new post'r join the group ...Looks like you had a great food day, if most are like this, then you are doing a really good job at keeping at it and I feel confident you will see the end of those last few lbs, at  this point it is more about patience and sticking to your plan to see it through to the end... I had a good day.  I actually logged the cals though and was shocked how many cals I get in - even on WW.  The scale won't budge so maybe I should cut back my points a bit.  I dunno.  It's depressing to do "good" for so many days and not have it show on the scale.  DD had a fall at school and I spent the better part of the afternoon waiting and waiting and waiting in the ER - she got a couple stitches by her mouth.  Our first time.  She's 3 - so it was a NIGHTMARE.  She screamed bloody murder.  Anyway - that really hurt my water intake because I didn't have a drop to drink the whole time I was there. B - Choco/Banana Protein Shake 2 pc light toast w/ SF jelly cofee w/ SF creamer S - Fresh Kiwi & strawberries L - Healthy Choice Meal 1/4 C LF Cottage Cheese 1 pc light bread w/ light butter S - FF Yogurt & Bran buds D - open face tuna melt (yum) sm side salad w/ FF italian 1 ou ff chips S - Peach/Banana Protein smoothie 100 calorie popcorn S#2 - 2 turkey/pickle rolls (I didn't need this one) I came in the middle of my points.  On the low end of my water intake.  Lots of good fruits & veggies though.  And a nice 121 g protein.  I get to keep my card.  That's 5 so far this week.  I'm feeling good.  Now if that damn scale would just budge.

Hold Tight MrsAmyB, it will come...And best of all you feel good about yourself, not only because what you are choosing to eat makes you feel good but because you are staying within the goals you set for yourself - Yaaahooo another day you get to keep the card, only 2 to go and you will have MADE it 7 days!!! Yeah!!! Sorry to hear about the stitches, can only say, hope this will be the only time you have to have this much fun ( personally having been through this age with 2 boys, I think you may have more to come though )...On the water front, know what you mean, sometimes I get stuck in situations where I could be knocking back some serious liquids if I just had them with me, now try religiously to have some crystal light packets in my purse at all times and will go far and wide to get a bottle of water that I can refill multiple times if necessary... Later Gator...  Alesia
