Crack-oholic roll call
I do the laughing cow garlic and herb on celery...but I use my peeler to peel the strings off first. Makes it easier to digest and it really is good.
I also make a dressing using Kraft free ranch with my homemade salsa mixed together and dip it in that about 1 T.
As far as crackers go I only eat 1/3 portion and count it on dailyplate.com. My nutritionist said at maintenance we should do about 40% of our intake on carbs and I should be at about 1300 calories per day. I have never eaten that many calories yet nor that many carbs eithers. I just can't eat that much food and stil try to choose good food that are not wasted calories.

Well, I made it Day 5 without a cracker but I broke down and stole somebody's box of granola, poured me about 1/2 cup of it to get through the afternoon. I plugged it into my sparkpeople.com page, and it had over 200 calories! I'd have done better with the crackers. I can feel that granola settling on my butt.
