Good Morning to All, Welcome to a new week... Hope everyone managed to make it thru the weekend with a minimum of painful choices...For me Sunday was a much better day, back on my normal track and feeling better about it too... Pre-B  -  10 oz choc Protein on the Go B - 1 piece monkey bread       1 slice bacon        L - 20 oz decaf sf/ff cinnamon dulce latte       1/4 of a blueberry soft pretzel S - 1/2 oz almonds       1/2 a piece of monkey bread       1 sausage stuffed mushroom D - 2 steamed chicken potstickers       1/3 cup of ceasar salad       1 Ruby Tuesday's cheeseburger mini S - 3 almond blueberry cookies PLUS - 94 oz water/crystal light TOTALS    =     Cals - 1273     Fat - 49     Carbs - 123     Protein - 84 Outta here for now...Alesia

Good morning Alesia!!!  I LOVE monkey bread!  I haven't had that for years!  Did you make your own or buy it?  Yum! Sunday was a B-A-D day for me.  I didn't write down what I ate and I ate A LOT!  And a lot of the bad stuff.  So, once again, today is a new day for me.  I really struggle with the weekends.  Somehow I need to get a handle on that!  But, I felt so sluggish and gross yesterday when I ate too much sugar so I'm going to try and cut back on sugar this week and keep my protein up.  See how that makes me feel!   I already had my menu planned out for today and I'm going to the gym tonight.  Today is a new day! Hello Deanna, Oh yeah, I love it to although not the carbs sooo much...It was home made, I have a great recipe, will be happy to post it, its very easy, also need to post a sf cake and frosting recipie I'm behind the power curve on, was supposed to have already done that one...Anyway will put it up sometime this week...Can be made mostly sf, not totally ( I think, at least I could not find everying needed in sf availability )... No bad words here for bad behaviors, all you have to do is look at Thur, Fri & Sat of the last week to know I've been seriously off track...

Just repeat after me - I AM THE CAPTAIN, I AM THE CAPTAIN...I CONTROL MY ULTIMATE DESTINATION!!! - This is my mantra...

I'm feeling good about this week!  I second Deanna's question - where did you get monkey bread?  If you have some secret monkey bread recipe you better share! :)  yum yum yum  Although baked goods are the ULTIMATE temptation for me.   Sunday was pretty good.  Nothing too exciting.  B - Protein Pancakes 1.5 pc turkey breakfast sausage coffee w/ SF creamer S - 1 ou FF chips L - Grilled Chicken Salad sm corn on the cob S - FF yogurt & bran buds D - Pasta plus w/ shrimp marinara cheddar garlic biscuit steamed baby carrots S - cheese toastie 2 pc light toast w/ sf jelly & whip I came in the lower end of my point range.  Had decen****er intake (for a Sunday).  Protein was great at 110g.  I could have done more fresh fruit/veggies.   That's 4 cards so far this week.   I'm feeling good.  I wish the scale would reward my good behavior.  *sigh*

You know what? I really don't remember what I ate yesterday...I'll post what I do remember, it was a hugely busy day doing yard work and such.. B Protein w/coffee s 1/4 cup fried okra L WW ameretto cheescake yogurt(which was btw, FANTASTIC I'm sorry I only got one....) D protein w/coffee S 1oz of venison, 2 oz of cheese and about 10 grapes I got my water in...all my vits and supplements too..I did start doing my nut info on fitday so I can keep track of my daily totals though....Have a great day everyone! Hi Dede, We did yardwork at our house yesterday too and boy was I sweating big time, then went in for a cool shower, ran some errands and had to make a dump run to get rid of all the weeds and clippings and the humidity for the brief ran made me die again...Wish I could have sweated off a few lbs, but the scale was not co-operating on that one ( imagine that  ) Glad you got a tracker set up on Fitday, it will help... See with a regular, full accounting tomorrow?  Alesia

Gosh, the weekends have been hard for me lately!!!  I didn't track but will try and remember what I did eat!! 1/2 chicken salad sandwich, 100 calorie vitamuffin banana nut hamburger on 3/4 of a wheat bun with ketchup, 1/4 c. brown rice, 1/4 c. broccoli and cheese 2 lite beers (!!!) weigh****chers chocolate eclair Today is much better with good plans for this week

Hey Denise, Yeah, weekends are always my worst...I read in Readers Digest recently that it is important to track for when you are on a diet just because of weekends - most everyone eats differently on the weekend and it is the most perilous time in terms of screwing up the best laid plans because weekends seem to be eradic behaviorily... Don't sweat it, your foods look good and I too enjoy a drink or 2 most weekends, usually a cooler of some kind... See ya tomorrow...Alesia

Well any extra food I ate on Saturday went bye bye on Sunday.

B- protein drink

S- eggs with cheese

L- 2 oz tri tip and 2 bites of beans

D- salad with 3 ozs of lunch meats.

S- ice cream

totals...calories....1,118, carbs.... 64, fat.... 45, protein.... 119.

80 oz fluids.

Not a bad day.. i ate some more ice cream to bring it up a bit more.
