Hello, First post:)  I am one year and a couple months out and loving life!!!  Lost 100 lbs!!!!  I now and a 'regular' person who can shop anywhere and wear single digit size pants:)  I am having a couple of problems and would like to hear some other experiences: 1.  I do notice I am tired and a bit forgetful.  I am a woman in her late 40's, so that may have something to do with it:(  My blood work was fine. 2.  I do have some problems with snacking and eating carbs lately:(  UGH!  I am a bit worried that has been the downfall of many others.  Any suggestions? Thanks so much.

Have you had your blood work done lately? You sound low on some vitamins,. I take magnesum and other things for different things. I also take 2 prenatal vitamins each morning. I would say have bloodwork done.

Did they check your thiamin (b1)?  My surgeon was just mentioning that he's had to put a few people on extra B1 and they had these symptoms.

You know, I think you hit the nail on the head:)  Just hate to admit it!  Finally, I am at a comfortable weight-and I am getting old--what's with that?????

I was in the same situation.  My blood work was fine for the first year.  Then I started getting anemic.  I'd have your PCP check your blood to see if your iron levels, or thyroid, are acting up. Torrey
