Not too shabby! :)

Hi MrsAmyB... Buffets are not my usual stomping grounds these days, but I drove a much older man from you class over to eat and kinda felt I should stay, was not so hard to pick and choose of the choices available and still do pretty well, I'm sure you can do it too if need be... OK, so today is day one of your new week, I'm listening, I know this week you are going to make your goal of 7 flash cards in hand by next week Thursday...Go, go, gadget girl, don't get hung up on the sidelines Keep workin' that program, 2 thumbs up for staying in your range and getting your camel on Later gator...Alesia

YaaaaWhooo , We are on a roll, the group really did great keeping carbs and fats down and you are not exception !! I really love the Blue Bunny Yogurt smoothies, its about the only yogurt I really care for, but they do taste great when they are really cold and low cals and good protein... Tomorrow will be a better day on cals, you'll see...I always end up with a make up day when my numbers are too low for my norm, somehow unconsciously I just end up eating high totals on my foods - but it all evens out in the end, and as long as my scale and I agree I'm in my range, all is good... Until tomorrow...Alesia

Helllllooo Laurie Big hug to you too and yes, you should be please cause these numbers look right on target and you got there by making really wise choices...Keep it goin' girl... Now, as for that apple dipper with out the caramel, what are you dipping it in, yogurt?  My grocery has a sf low carb, low cal, low fat caramel sauce, actually tastes like caramel except not as thick in texture and makes an excellent dipper for apples and bananas...You might want to try it... See ya...Alesia

Oh I don't dip them in anything. I just buy McDonalds apple dippers because I cant eat apple peals and I'm too lazy to buy apples and peal them. LOL Sometimes I eat the carmel dip that comes with them, but I try not to do it too often because of the sugar and carbs.  You've got some great ideas for dip though. Thanks
