Everything is making me feel......

I am 2 yrs 3 months post op RNY. For the last 3 days whenever I drink I feel so full after the first sip. I try to eat first bite & I feel like I'm going to .  The first day this started, I could drink  & eat more than the 2nd day. Today ( 3rd day) is worse than the first 2 days. Today after I tried to eat lunch, it came right back up. This evening when I drank my water ( I had to force myself to drink it) I got nausated.  I go to my surgeon friday. Anyone have an idea what it could be? Betty

I am not sure, but I'd be making a call to the surgeon's nurse line with a description of symptoms just in case.

It might be a stricture forming - sometimes that happens. I would call your doctor before you get too dehydrated. Something that happened to me was I got the Norwalk virus and I could not eat or drink for a few days but it came with the worse diarrehea ever so unless you are  having that too - I would think it a stricture or something stuck in the opening to the intestine. A call to your doctor is in order! Diona
