I would open up a can of whoop-a$$ on you, but those of us who live in glass houses cannot afford to throw stones and I know that in the last week I have had a similar experience with the sf chocolate mini-muffins I bought at Walmart last Friday night, thank god I finished of the last 3 yesterday...

Thanks for the support. Baked goods are a SERIOUS downfall for me. I can pass on pizza, fries, so much. But bring a home baked cookie near me and I snap. Did I mention I've had a reputation of being THE family baker for years. It's a cruel world! :)

We're having a very busy week. I'm still a little low on calories, but thank God I'm not eatting as much junk and sugar!!!!

Now I'm going to have to make a special stop at Panera just to try that Strawberry Chicken Salad...Did you have to tell me about it ...Looks like a most satisfying day, good job , just need to make a little minor adjusting to get the cal numbers up, possiblilities : add a tbsp of peanut butter on top of the banana or other fruit ( also like it on apples) or throw in a slice of cheese in the wrap or sandwich or if it already has cheese on it add another slice...

Oh Alesia - you've GOT to try this salad!!!! Chicken, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, mandrin oranges, and bananas on a bed of lettuce. Oh a couple of walnuts on top. It comes with poppyseed dressing, but I get it with out that!!! It's the best salad I've ever had!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, adding peanut butter would be a great idea. I do buy full fat cheese already and use that on all my wraps, I add cheese to anything possible!!! heehee
