That is so great.. I bet you felt great afterwards.. I started with just strenght as my doc doesnt want me on the ellipitical because of the pressure it puts on my knees.. So i feel good that I started up again as well.. but will be doing things that dont mess with my legs for right now..or at least heavy things.

yesterday I think i did ok....

B- Protein drink

S- protein bar

L- chicken in a can... driving all day...

S- protein balls

D- carnitas with some cheese on it..

S- pretzels and ice cream...

totals ....calories....1,205, carbs.... 74, fat..... 50, protein... 132

I am a creature of habit i guess.. plus when I am driving all day.. those things are just so much easier to take with me... well off on the road again... been a busy two weeks for me with only more to come... have a great day.

Amy these protein balls taste like no bake cookies... they are sooooooooooooooooooo good. ..enjoy........... Protein Balls Recipe

The pb and oatmeal balls are VERY easy.

1 cup Peanut Butter (I use simply jif ) 1 cup rolled oatmeal -- not the instant stuff 1 cup protein powder (I use body fortress Chocolate, but you can use other flavors) 5 packets Splenda

Warm the peanut butter in microwave about 30-40 seconds -- it melts it and makes mixing in the other ingredients much easier. Add the oatmeal, protein powder, and Splenda and mix well. (If needed, you can add a little bit of water to make it easier to mix) Roll into walnut sized balls, refrigerate. Store in fridge in zip-lock baggies. This recipe makes 20-24 balls.

I figured them out for my Fitday food tracking cause I really like these alot, think that this is pretty close , its going to depend on how many you get in a batch, mine usually makes like 22 -25

113 cals 9 fat 5 carbs 7 protein

per ball

I don't even want to post - but I will.  Because along with hearing good things on days when I did good - I have to be accountable for the bad days too. *SIGH* It started out great.  Actually - until the very end of the day it was great.  But thos DAMN min-zucchini muffins I made were not disappearing fast enough.  I'd held out so good for several days.  Only having 1 or 2 a day.  I mean - they are SF and only like 60 cals each.   After I put DD to bed I made my night time snack.  I was pulling out the ingredients to make a protein smoothie when I opened the muffin container..popped one in my mouth...two...three.  I put the protein shake stuff away and basically pulled my chair up to the fridge and pigged out.  I'm not proud.  I keep an index card everyday of my food and when I have a bad day I throw that one out.  It may seem like I'm giving myself an easy out and brushing it off by throwing the card away.  But it actually isn't like that.  It's like having to throw away a toy for my toddler - it's painful.  I long to keep seven cards all bundled together each week - a perfect clean week.  That's 2 cards I threw away last week.  I've never thrown out 2 cards in one week.  I'm very disappointed in myself.  :(   Feel free to give me the verbal a$$ woopin' I need to get back in gear. B - Choco/Banana Protein Smoother 2 pieces light toast  S - 2 mini-zucchini muffins L - Small side salad w/ FF italian dressing small bowl of mixed fruit Boca burger - no bun no cheese S - 1 ounce light (FF) lay's chips D - Turkey tacos w/ LF sour cream FF refried beans Spanish Rice S - I can't even recall some of it.  It's a blur.
