Have you looked at some of my days, you are definately not over the top here, it was a great food day, what is important is that you stick to the plan you have devised for yourself and modify it as needed when I does or does'nt do what you need it to do for you...You stuck to your plan, it doesn't say stick to the bottom or to the middle of the road, it is just your plan, with a range, you need that range, cause every day will not be the same...

Hi all, had a pretty good day, a little higher than I wanted in the calories since I want to still lose some but happy that so far I haven't had any regain .
My DH came home from the hospital on Sunday and has been doing so well. I love having him home and am relieved everything has gone well but I am finding it hard to stay in my groove and keep to my usual routine. He isn't stopping me but I am finding it hard, since I want to help him and keep him company and not appear unsensitive to his needs.
I am sure things will get back to normal soon.

Know what you mean about the DH, can definately relate...I think sometimes we get ourselves off track because of what WE feel are our obligations to the ones we love...Don't stress it though, you still did really good and I'll bet you might be surprised and see a little loss with the increase in cals, sometimes the bod just needs a little something different to shake it up and make it start moving again, this may be it
