Hello Anita, Hey, this really does'nt look so bad to me...You would probably be surprised, the seafood actually has a lot of protein in it and you ate a fair amount, together with the milk and spaghetti I suspect you got in enough...

How nice that you got to go to Red Lobster, only 1 cheesy biscuit, now that takes strength, they are a serious downfall for me... Hope you have a great evening, see ya tomorrow...Alesia

Hi Anjanette, Baby girl, don't worry or stress the sugar, its going to happen, we are all human and have days like this, the important part is to figure out what motivated it so you can take steps to avoid that motivation again and to get back on track, which you are already doing ... The walking marathon is great !  I do one once a year for the Obesity Walk in our area... Take care, see ya...Alesia P.S. Boy I miss tri-tip, can you mail me some from Cali?

3 large cups coffee with 1/2 & 1/2, Equal & 1 scoop protein powder in each. 1 cup Hood chocolate milk with 1 scoop protein powder. 48 ounces of various Diet Soda. 1 small hamburger with raw onion (size of FF kid burger but homemade). 1 small slice 4 meat pizza with pineapple & black olives (sliver). Approximate calories-- 1200.  Approximate protein intake-- 120. Is this an excellent eating plan that newbies should be following?  Probably not.   Is this the best I can do at the moment to stay on track while living with the metabolism machine of a boyfriend that drinks beer, full calorie soda & energy drinks all day long, scarfs down an entire pizza by himself, follows that with 5-6 fun-size candy bars and half a bag of chips and than gets up later to eat a can of spaghettios & still is about 20 pounds underweight?   Yep.

If I'm out of my mind-- feel free to leave a message.
