Missed you guys Thursday and Friday. I have good news!!!! All this working out really does make a difference. As you all know I thought I was having a heart attack Thursday and per the docs I not only was not having one but they said I have the heart of a 25 year old. So let's get our tails movin people
I didn't go to the gym today but will get back in the next day or two.
So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today? Come on and show me how it's done. Just because Kathy is gone a day or two does not mean you get a vacation

Yes I got my walking in today 30 minutes 2.5 -3 mph with incline 0.6-.0.3. Burned 160 cal. ALso used hand weights and upper body exercises.

Kathy, that is awesome news! Congrats!!!
I went to the gym yesterday morning for a Kick-boxing class and I worked extra hard and had sweat rolling down my legs! It was gross but it felt great! Then I went back again in the evening and took a Spin Cycling class. My gluts are killing me today!
