Look at the carbs this way Carla - prep for the new burst of activity you will be giving at the gym soon, you will need them for sure then to keep the momentum of your losses going and for maintenance when you are ready... I made sauce this weekend too and for me it is also an all day affair, starting with browning the various meats @ 9am to the final simmers product with all the ingredients finishing up @ 4pm, then at least 4 hours to cool before putting a few tuppers in the freezer for later consumption... Then tonight we had spaghetti and meatballs... Guess you liked the wheat pasta, its a hit at my house too, the boys don't really notice the difference in texture and I don't feel as guilty about eating the wheat pasta, so its win-win, eventhought I can only fit in a little bit of pasta and meatballs...
