Need Success/failure stories for school research paper

I am currently working on a gastric bypass research paper for my college English class.  I am in need of some success/failure stories that anyone is willing to share with me.  I am a gastric bypass patient myself and will include my story even though I have not reached total success.  I thought this site would be a real good source of information to use.  Anyone willing, I just need a brief description on what you went through,complications, what secrets made it easy for your journey, how much you lost in amount of time, any ailments that have been treated by having this done etc.   Also I would just need first name included to cite my source....I am not sure if this is the right thing to do on this site but it is worth a try or if anyone knows any good sources to use please let me know. I have already have at least five books that I bought before my surgery but I think hearing from patients themselves who went through the experience is worth a lot more than books can express. Anyone interested I would greatly appreciate it by 7/22/07. Thank you.  Tammy
