Accountability - What did you eat, Friday 7/20?
The force was strong with me - I resisted food day ALLLLLL day. I didn't even go NEAR it after I dropped off my muffins. But then I ALSO had a little scrapbook gathering at my house after work. It involved ordering pizza and everyone bringing their damned backed goods right in there - in front of my face. I bought salad and had 2 squared of pizza. I was so prepared to make it through a rough day and have a clean concsious.
Then I started making margaritas (sugar free ones mind you)
Then I started drinking margaritas. My little pouch friend makes drinking very fun for me. 1/2 a margarita later and the scrapping stopped and the good times started rolling. Before I knew what had happened I had 2 margaritas (now - this isn't the bad part - they are actually quite low cal with the SF mix) - but along with the sobriety - my good decision making went right out the window.
I proceeded to consume several (like I kept track) more slices of pizza. And through the course of the next 6 or so hours I am sure I averaged at LEAST one baked good an hour. EEKS. And then before bed - as I began to regain consciousness - I had some cheese and crackers. I find after a long night of high carb/sugar I need a good protein in order to keep my blood sugar from dropping and waking up in the middle of the night shaking and sweating.
So yes - this is my confession.
B - Choco/Rasberry protein shake
S - Banana & chocolate rice quakes
L - Grilled chicken salad with FF Italian dressing
mixed fresh fruit
S - FF yogurt with bran buds
D - salad w/ FF italian dressing, 2 small pizza square
D - Margarita...margarita...pizza...cookie....pizza....cookie....brownie.....I'm stopping there....
*Hangs head in shame*

You are obsolved of you sins from Friday, know how those scrapping things can get out of hand, I have similar issues, which is why I try to be a loner scrapper now and only succomb to the call of a scrapping party a couple of times a year ...
So shake it off sista, I look forward to seeing you posting a great day for Saturday...

Finally!!!!! Lost 2 lbs!! I haven't seen the scale move for a looong time!!
Coffee with cream & sf tarani's syrup caramel
2 fried eggs w/ 1slice of cheese cooked with a small bit of butter
1/2 slice wheat bread with low fat cream cheese
1 slice of Papa Murphys pepperoni delite pizza (thin crust made to be half the calories) Yum
Slim fast low carb shake
1 oz baked salmon and 1 oz of chicken breast
2 Glasses of Merlot
Totals calories 1300 fat 64 carbs 48 protein 81
Carbs were higher than I wanted but I really enjoyed having a sliceof the delite pizza (13 carbs)!!

You are going down, down, down, and doesn't it make you feel good and make it easier to keep making the right choices and doing the right things...I remember being really bummed when I was in a long stall cuz I needed to see some sign of positive progress to keep my spirits up and keep doing my best at working the program...That is why I have so much admiration for people who are over a year or 2 and still working towards goal, they are so strong, much stronger than I believe I could be... You keep working that program, you are awesome and I am PROUD...

B-slice 2% cheese, 2 slices bacon, 1/2 boiled egg and 1 1/2 egg white
S-2 ham rolls with 2% cheese (1 slice split)
L-1 cup homemade chilli, 1 cup salad with 1 packet Kens ff french dsg
S-2 glazed doughnut holes (resisted all day and then gave in - shucks)
D-4 oz broiled salmon, steamed broccoli
S-sugar free vanilla pudding 1/2 c.
TOTALS: Cals - 1142 Fat - 47 Carbs - 93 Protein - 88
the doughnut had 27 carbs!!!!! I swear sometimes it's harder at work! I always try to rationalize it - It's Friday, I'm hungry, I worked out today, etc etc etc But I will do better Sat
