Accountability - What did you eat, Thursday 7/19?

Yummmy  blueberry lemon......mmmm!!!  heehee... ....That's the problem Alesia I am waiting to have foot surgery so can't do any cardio right now!! I have been doing some floor exercises though!!!  I was working out 4 times a week!! 3 hrs of pilates 2 hours weight lifting and then cardio 3x a week!!! I tore a ab muscle then was running and messed up my foot! Now I feel like a lump on a log !! My surgery is scheduled and in a few months I will once return to being a gym rat...fingers crossed.....then maybe I will drop this lbs that I have gained!!!! Thanks for your continued support!!!!!

Hey, Alesia - even w/that, your calories were good!  You ARE the captain - occasionally, even the captain goes overboard !  I had a much better day yesterday - you'll be proud!  LOL  This will be my last post until probably the 30th.  I won't have computer access at the beach  - but, yay, the beach!!!!!  LOL  Have a wonderful week - I'll miss your support and posts!!! B - 1 Western Alternative bagel w/Smart Balance and 1 T sf strawberry jam, banana S - 1 pack pb on wheat crackers, AchievONE L - apple w/1 T pb, sf Jell-O cup, 1 pack O'Coco's, 5 sf Werthers S - 3 Triscuits w/2 T squirt cheese, AchievONE D - 1/2 c ff cottage cheese w/2/3 c fresh blueberries, 3 oz salad w/3 T lf TI dressing, sf fudgie, sf Jell-O cup w/ff RW S - 1/4 c mix of almonds and cashews, 1 slice sandwich cheese Plus I had 64 oz water, 16 oz half decaf coffee, 16 oz decaf diet green tea, 12 oz cf Diet Coke, 16 oz sf ff hot cocoa w/ff RW and I treaded for 60 min. Ta-da - Total calories (drum roll, please) - 1698 fat - 54; carbs - 213; protein - 96 BTW, how are your fresh cherries?!?  I'm glad they finally went on sale for ya'!!!!!!  Hugs!!!!!!  See ya' in a week or so!!

Oh Man Connie, I am practically busting my britches in pride , you are a goddess, girl, what a FANTASTIC day you had...I'm beating my drum really loud - can you hear it !!! Have an awesome time at the beach, don't think to much, just try to keep making good protein choices and enjoy yourself...We'll miss you to and expect a full report of the fun things done while you were gone...  Alesia

Wow do you actually count the crackers and cheese..lol... sounds like a fun day.. and your totals are still good...

B- protein shake banana 1/2

S- protein bar

L- south beach beef and savory cheese broc.

S- 2 protein balls and a plum

D- went to sizzler.. 1/2 bowl of split pea soup, 3 bites of salad, 3 bites of carnitas and 5 nachos with some cheese on it..

S- ice cream

Totals for the day calories 1,364, carbs... 109, fat... 38, protein.... 122

Not to bad of a day.. hey I counted too..lol... that is just to sad.. see you tommorrow

Hi Alesia!  You did GREAT seeing how you had that food in front of you all day!  If it would have been me, I'd have pulled a chair up and parked it there all day!  I do NOT handle free food very well!  Ha, ha! Yesterday for me: B-- 1 scrambled egg, 1/2 slice whole wheat toast, strawberries S-- protein shake L-- bacon wrapped chicken, cherries S-- Special K Protein Plus cereal with raisins and skim milk D-- ground turkey meatloaf, couple bites of potato, green beans S-- 2 protein balls Calories:  1298     Carbs:  105     Protein:   113 Exercise; 1 hour of full-body strength training, 1 mile running on treadmill, 1 mile walking on treadmill. WoooWhoo, good day Deanna... I'm telling you, you are Carla are my hero's when it comes to the exercise  I just cannot get that motivated...I do like going to the gym, the running 1 mile part would kill me, I do go to fast walk and fast jog for 1 - 1 1/2, thats about the limit to my endurance and I guess I really don't want to do more, because if I did surely I could... You did have a really good day though...You make me proud...  Alesia

Ahi Tuna, 1/4 c. chickpeas, 2 T. Newman's Light Dsg S- Nectar protein drink D- 1 c. homemade chile with peppers, onions, ground chicken, tomatoes, and sauteed squash, peppers, and portobello mushrooms, 1/4 of a detour bar S-1/2 c. sugar pudding S-2 sugar free popsicles TOTAL:  Cals - 1195   Fat - 47          Carbs - 88            Protein - 108 Have a fantastic weekend!!!!  My goal is no wine and track food all weekend and exercise!!!!

Alesia you did amazingly well having all that tempting food staring you in the face all day

I made good choices and got in a good amount of fluids even though I spent the majority of my day at the hospital while my DH had a 4 hour surgery and a 2.5 hour recovery before I could see him. He came though it all just great too!

This is the hospital I worked in for 29 years and I ran into several people I used to work with that I have not seen in 6 years and none of them recognized me at first. They were amazed at my transformation. I got so many compliments and hugs, it made me feel so wonderful.
