I am hooked!
Good morning!
I am on week 5 of my get back on track plan. Oh my God I feel amazing. I have only lost 11 pounds but I have NEVER felt this good. The exercise energizes me! I have added Stotts Pilates twice a week and I am totally hooked on it. I have the most amazing instructor and if I can do it anyone can. I hope everyone is feeling healthy today!

what are the details of your plan? everyone seems to adjust it to their own preferences. Some are total liquids for a few weeks some are liquids for 2 meals and salad for the 3rd.
just curious....I have regained about 20. Gotta get on track.

This far out I could never do just liquids. I dont have any energy and I am starving all the time, plus with my exercise regimen, I need to fuel my body. I simply went back to what I know works for me which really is just the basics. I stay around 1400-1600 calories a day. Lots of protein, healthy snacks if I need them like yogurt. TONS of water. Treadmill 6-7 days a week and pilates twice a week. The weight loss was my motivation to get back on track but now I am hooked because of how good I feel. You can get the weight off, and I wish you the best of success with your efforts.
