Deb, You're welcome!  I wish you much success -- always listen to what your doctor tells you, follow the rules and chew chew chew and sip sip sip and walk walk walk.   Take baby steps, every day is a new day.  Don't rush and believe me from experience, IT WILL MELT OFF YOU!! Keep in touch about your surgery and if I can be of any help, dont hesitate to email me. Stacey

There's a lot to remember, to take in and a great deal to learn every day.  What you have to do -well, what worked for me, is one day at a time and be careful about what you put in your mouth.  Treat your new stomach like its a baby tummy.  "ask yourself ""would you put that in a newborn's tummy?""...then don't do it to you.   There are so many people on the boards here who have diversity in the WLS world, ask questions all the time.  And never feel like it's stupid to ask.  Best you become educated before you take a giant leap!
