RECIPE: Creamed Chicken ...

I'm posting this, per Alesia's request!  Enjoy!  It sounds kind of gross but it really is yummy and super easy to make! CREAMED CHICKEN *  1/2 a diced onion *  oil to brown the onion *  1/4 cup Bisquick *  1 can Cream of Mushroom soup (undiluted) *  1 1/2 cups milk *  1 large can chicken (or you can use tuna) *  frozen peas *  english muffins Brown the onion in oil, stir in Bisquick, Cream of Mushroom Soup, and milk. Boil and stir for 1 minute.   Add chicken and peas. Coo****il thoroughly heated through. Serve over toasted english muffins.

Deanna! :) That sounds friggin yummy!! I don't love canned chicken.  Tastes funky.  Do you have an Aldi's around you?  They have precooked chicken breasts in the frozen section.  For a lot of my chicken dishes I have been just thawing one or two of them and cutting them up.  Still quick and easy and tasty too!  Raw chicken is a PITA!  Thanks for sharing - this is right up my alley!  I already wrote it down! :)
