Accountability-What did you eat Wednesday 7/18?
While this may display my "java ignorance", I have to ask...where in the world are you guys getting these fancy sf frappucinos? Are you making them yourselves (share how please!), or do I have to actually venture inside of a coffee shop? I'm not really a coffee type (I treat myself to one VERY non-sf starbucks frozen mocha malt about twice a month!). You guys make them sound like meals almost...I want in!

Glad to share my recipe and yes I do sub them for meals, usually breakfast , but have been know to have one for dinner after a late gym night too...I make several kinds, but the basics follow the same recipe :
CHOC/BANANA/COFFEE FRAPPACHINO
8 oz carb countdown plain or choc flavor
5-6 ice cubes
1 scoop protein powder, choc or vanilla
1/2 a medium banana
1 heaping spoon decaf coffee instant crystals
1 packet splenda
Blenderize...NOTE : Add more ice to make thicker, alternate options include, strawberries instead of the banana - no fruit instead add sf fudge sauce or caramel sauce - use all vanilla flavors put in a couple heaping spoons of canned pumpkin, a little more splenda and a dash of pumpkin pie spice , leave out the coffee on this one- I have also used sf davinci syrups to add various flavors - some I like more than others, but to me all these are YUMMO...

Hi, Anjanette!! Well, I'm posting - even though I had a bad, bad day yesterday. But the ole' carbs just kept calling me and I answered! LOL
B - 1 c shredded wheat w/2 T ground flax, banana, 1 c ff milk
S - 8 oz nsa lf peach yogurt, AchievONE
12 oz ff sf decaf mocha latte' at the grocery store
L - 1 T pb on an apple, German dark chocolate bar, sf Jell-O cup, 1 pack O'Coco's
S - nsa lf ice cream sandwich, AchievONE
D - salad w/mandarin oranges and walnuts, cheese biscuit, 2 slices honeydew melon, 6 red seedless grapes at Soup or Salad; sf fudgie at home
S - 2 cups nsa lf neopolitan ice cream w/1 c fresh blueberries and ff RW
Plus I drank 66 oz water, 16 oz half decaf coffee, 12 oz cf Diet Coke, 12 oz Diet Coke at SorS, 16 oz sf ff hot cocoa w/ff RW, 16 oz diet decaf green tea and I walked w/hubby at the mall for 45 minutes and did light weights for 30 minutes.
Total - 2407
fat - 75; carbs - 355; protein - 115

This day was a real whopper, you will make up for it today, I'm counting on you...As for me I throw no stones, wait til you see my post for today, one little clue : I made a new dessert recipe, you know that disclaimer, sugar free but not a low cal food, well this one is lower in cals, BUT not when you end up eating like 3 servings...
