I think it's great that you are increasing your protein and it should help with that last 10 pounds.. you continue to move from what I see but it is slower now.. just like me.. and dont worry I wont tell hubby.. i know how he gets about it... just dont tell my doc I lost another 12 pounds when she threatened me like yours did to not loose more either..lol.. we are so bad.
OH yeah girl, You have really got to be careful how many sugar alcohols you consume at one time, they can really reek havoc on the tummy and the bowels, I read an article, just this morning about the uses and benefits of consuming sugar alcohols and what they really mean in terms of food values and consumption, it said you need to watch not to eat more than 10 grams per eating period to avoid having issues and I've heard many a horror story from others that it takes far less for some...I know myself, they make me gassy but little other side effects unless I consume tons ( and I mean tons ) at one time...
Barring the candy episode, your day looked really fine, fine, fine, indeed ... Hope you are better today, might take a couple of days to pass all the side effects of the candy... Alesia

Hey There Connie, No early start on vacation, the splurge will come soon enough...I know you can hold on tight and save up for when you put away thoughts of tracking every bite and just try to follow most of the rules ( thats how I react on vacation )...

Hello Girly, Maybe its the time of the month thing that got you out of the bed...Anyway, even with the midnight foraging your day looked great ! Keep up the good work and the exercise too ... You made me laugh with that remark about the dry Special K eaten while looking for "real" food to eat, I find myself doing this frequently, which in turn ruins the meal I'm planning to eat, cuz now I'm full on the snackies ...
