Hey Carla, Did not make the gym, rained out from thunder and lightening and the only thing I do there is water aerobics, wait is too long to get on the treads and elips... hi alesia, i am thinking i should add a protein shake at least once a day for more protein. i am going to wait a week to get on the scale. see if it works. oh i love to make homemade chili. its so good... :-) oh course since i can cook.. hee hee.. Anita
