Happy Monday Everyone
Well this weekend was a bust. I was so busy helping my son and future daughter in law making wedding plans I didn't get to the gym "at all"! Now I am feeling guilty and not as well as when I do work out....strange but the stress seems really BIG when I don't workout...
So Did You Move to Lose and or Maintain Today? Come on in and put me to shame!!! Lay it on me!!! Flame me I deserve it

Awwwww, I won't flame you!!!!! I do know exactly what you mean about not working out and feeling like crap!
I walked 2 miles while the boys rode their bikes. I also did my upper body/arm weight work out.
I'm just getting back on track after 2wks off so I'm trying to get back into the groove!
