arms
You can do exercises to build your biceps, triceps, and deltoids. That will help "fill out" your arm flab, but probably will not be enough to make it totally "disappear." A good starting place for how to exercise these specific muscle groups is the Exercise and Fitness forum on this site, linked here -> http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/fitness/cmsID,8846/mode,co ntent/. To target the referenced muscle groups, you're interested in the shoulder press, alternating bicep curl, and the overhead tricep extension. Start out with lighter weights, then gradually increase the amount that you're lifting. If you don't own weights, you can start out with water bottles! Good luck on your continuing journey! Kellie
Swim and weight training exercises. I started swimming laps about 5 weeks ago. Every muscle in your body is used during swim. I swim breaststroke, freestyle, butterfly, and backstroke. The skin on my upperarms and underarm area has improved so much in such a short period. I'm starting with a personal trainer on Wednesday to do weight training and hope to have even more improvement. I've lost over 100 lbs. and am almost 2 years out.
