hey all you sugar/carb buster buddies
all right its monday a new week, lets all get back on track I havent heard or read from anyone lately doing the t/o or modified carb program, so lets all get back to posting so we can encourage oneanother, i am back to 198 this morning and have been losing, but nothing las week due to poor eating habits and not exercizing..
So off on the treadmil right after i post and have just frank my protein shake.. yum yum... and will come back this afternoon to the site to read how you all are doing.. I am going to try to lose 3-4 lbs by next Monday, can do it if i stay focused and motivated,,, want to lose 33 pounds by decemeber... So help me as I help you stay motivated.
HAVE A GOOD DAY AND DRINK YOUR H2O AND DO SOMETHING FOR EXERCIZE.. SOMETHING IS BETTER THEN NOTHING....
I am with you. Monday and BOT time. I did so bad yesterday, had a grandbabies birthday party and it was at Pizza Hut. Needless to say I ate pizza and cake. It made me quite. But I still lost a pound. But I have more weight that I want to take off and I have to pay close attention to what I am eating. So a new week and new resolve.

Thanks for posting! I came here this am to help me refocus - was doing better a couple of weeks ago with a modified time out (lost about 10) but then started grazing again and now the loss is 6. But I am refocusing - upping my protein shakes & fluids and try to get this carb monster/grazing out of my life again.. keep focusing on the positive - we have not given up and we will continue to work at this and keep making progress - I need a kick in the butt to get back to walking outside or using my treadmill though - need to take the clothes off if it and get back to using it!!!!

perfect time for your post! I have gained 3 lbs over the last month. When I looked at my eating pattern through my journals, I have found that dam**d carb monster has been hiding out, waiting to destroy me. I was eating about 100 carbs per day or more and way too much protein for me. So, I have refocused, had an appointment with a nutritionist, though all of my questions were not answered and have been told in no uncertain terms that I MUST exercise at leat 5 days per week for at least 30 min. Since I hate exercise, this will be a challenge! Thanks for letting me vent. Have a great week and hopefully, next Friday (my usual weigh day) I will be a loser once again. Anjanette

Sounds like i need to find out your plan for sugar/carb buster buddies......my worst cravings
