Hi Mary, I used to live not to far from Walnut Creek, in Vacaville CA...Watermelon, UMMM YUMMY, I have 2 pretty big ones I'm about to pick out of my side yard and 2 small ones still growing in my back garden, love watermelon - cool, wet, tasty, easy to digest and low calorie count, almost the perfect food, if only it had protein too ...Looks like a pretty good day for you...do you saute the sausage and put it in with the soup? I think that might be tasty too... Thanks for joining our post...Keep up the good work ...Alesia

Hey Carla, GREAT food day!...I don't think you need to worry too much about still losing at this point, now that you have reached your personal goal the trick is to figure out how much you need to balance out and level off to maintenance...It took me about 2 months and 10 lbs past my docs & my goal to actually stop losing, during that time I figured out my cal intake and realized I needed do quite a few more carbs then many post-ops to work my maintenence plan...Just keep the cals and protein up and start adding a few carbs at a time, I think your body will adjust and find its right set point... BTW, Did you find a place for your friend...Later - Alesia

Hello Jeanie, Hope you enjoyed your mini-vacation...Looks like a good food day ...Awesome idea, doing a little advance planning on the food, does the frozen already fried catfish reheat well? Do you re-heat in the oven, micro or do a quick refry? As for those tacos, I know for me its just working it out - I still have an occasional time when something I've been eating doesn't sit well...Happened this morning, usually eat 1 cinnamon or orange roll, without the sugar glaze, when I make them for my boys, hasn't been a problem since 9-10 months out, today, it gave me dumping and I had to lay back down to get my stomach to settle then use the potty to pass it on, so to speak - which goes to my point, its still trial and error ... Have a great evening, see you tomorrow...Alesia

I almost always have angel hair pasta and sauce with my catfish, so I get the pasta and sauce out of the fridge and the catfish out of the freezer. I put 4 or 5 chunks of fish in a plastic dish and then a small amount of pasta and sauce, put a lid on it loosely, and nuke it for 2 minutes. Perfect. (It's one of my favorite bathtub foods... I spend a lot of time soaking in the tub.)  I use the red breading on the fish when I fry it. I usually do 6 filets at a time and that lasts me quite awhile. I cut them into about 2" chunks before breading and frying. It stinks the house up for a day, but it's worth it. Jeanie
