I know its late in the day, been on the wild ride of life since about midnight - 1st chance to sit down in front of the computer and report my daily progress...
B - 10 oz white choc/strawberry Protein on the Go
S - 2 sf cocomut bars
1 triple choc power crunch protein bar
L - 1 slice quiche
1/2 cup caesar salad
2 bites chocolate mousse cake
S - 1 oz cashews
S - 12 oz smirnoff ice
3 wedge fries
D - about 2 oz duck l'orange with apricot/pear sauce
1 bite potato croquette
1/2 cup mixed salad w/ champagne vinegrette dressing
1/4 cup crab dip on 3 small pita wedges
PLUS - 117 oz water/crystal light
TOTALS = Cals - 1615 Fat - 88 Carbs - 97 Protein 97

got in about 80 in crystal light. not to bad of a day

Yes! You did have a good day, so take a bow and pat yourself on the back...For sure, isn't it strange how you choose to eat something, thinking, well that's a good protein choice, and then get smacked in the face with the "other" ingredients, oh yes it did have protein, but ---

You did great holding out up til now, good choices (your hallmark ), I know you can hold on...I know it is so hard when the food just keeps calling and you know its time to stop, but you also know if probably won't...I don't usually get, what most would call hungry, just know it's time to have something, however, some days, even when I'm not hungry I hear that voice in my head too... When I have those days, I fill that last urge to eat by having a cup of protein hot chocolate - this works for me cuz it give me (1)hot liquid which takes a while to drink, so I can stretch it out (2) something sweet and chocolaty, which usually works on my craving, and (3) protein, which is a great way to end the day and add a little more on without significant calories to go with it...
Here's what I put in mine, 110 cals 15 protein :
1 packet carb select cocoa
1/4 cup carb count down milk or muscle milk (colc)
1/2 a scoop choc protein powder
1 splenda packet
8 oz ho****er
a squirt of reddiwhip and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top
Its so yummo and really fills the bill...

Alesia, thanks for your advice. The chocolate drink sounds delicious. What is the brand of carb select cocoa? and how many calories does it have?
