Hey girl!

I read your profile and I think we are twins!  Even though you had surgery a year before me, we've both gained and lost the same amount of weight and we're about the same age.  I also had a TT and BR in 03.  My highest bra size at 325 was 58H and I'm now at a 36D.  I got to my highest of 182 three times in the last six years and my all time low (for about 3 minutes after my TT) was 147.  My other 'low' was 155 for about a month or so before my TT and my average for the last six years has been 165-170.  I somehow got back to 182 earlier this year and I"ve gotten it back off and am 157 now.  I'd like to get to 150 also by my sixth anniversary at the end of August!  However, I'm going on vacation in a week and it's hard to follow the rules travelling!  I haven't started exercising yet and I'm not faithful with my water either!  Those are two things that are really hard for me. 

I managed to lose this time by eating only one thing every hour or so and not eating a 'meal'.  If I do have to go out to eat, I choose something fairly healthy and eat at noon so I can work off the calories before I go to bed.  I do try and choose healthy things, but eating only one thing, I can eat a candy bar if I'm craving one and I don't feel like I'm on a diet.  So far it's working for the most part!  It's hard to get this weight off the older we are!  I have pics of my plastic surgery on my profile if you want to see them!

Congratulations on getting the weight off!  That's so important to other post ops to be encouraged to be able to lose the 'regained' weight after so long out!

I just read your profile and all of the comments here below. Yah know, I think it helps me SO much to know that I'm not alone in this.....

I've rebounded 25 lbs. and am determined to get back to 140 by the end of the year. I just wanted to tell you what a blessing you are and thank you for taking the time to share your life journey with all of us!

Thanks to all you lovely ladies *****plied to my post.  You all have been an inspiration to me as well and I appreciate all of your comments.  It feels great to know that I am able to inspire and to encourage others to hang in there not give up.  This is a lifetime battle that we can win as long as we set realistic goals for ourselves and stay encouraged.
