Did You Move To Lose Today? TGIF!

Hey Everyone  Happy Friday!!! I got a call today from my son and he invited me to work out with him tomorrow.  I want to not be a whimp and try and keep up with him tomorrow, so I didn't go to the gym today So my friends Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today?  Let's kick it one more time before the weekend!!!  The summer is going fast and we have to enjoy this nice weather while we can Stay Strong, Sexy and Sassy!!! Hey Kathy, I just got to read your post from yesterday...YOU GO!  I LOVE it when I can show up my DH physically and he has pretty much stopped trying to "challenge" me now cause he knows I can best him.  hehe As for today, I had every intention of hitting the gym before work, but yesterday I took my DD to the waterpark and I fell asleep on the chair...it was the first time I was there w/o my youngest and I could relax and I guess I didn't think I'd truly relax enough to sleep...and anyway, I am sunburnt.  Not all over, but my upper thighs and below my tush and my eyelids...so when I got up I was sore and my eyes were puffed up half shut.  No way was I going to try to run like that and I certainly wasn't going to have my cute gym buddy see me like that.  Vain I know, but I can't help it!  I did do a little bit today, I rearranged the furniture in my classroom and I will be hitting my weights tomorrow for sure!   I hope you have a great weekend! Hi Kathy, today my DH and I went to Brimfield MA. They sponser an antique fair that spans many many acres and is one of the largest in the country.We walked for 3 hours looking at antiques and then  my bum knee was causing me so much pain  we had to leave, but I felt I got in a few miles of walking. Sher didn't end up buying any antiques but enjoyed looking
