Howdy, howdy Connie, I was a good day for you, so none of this ...If you look at my Fridays ( which is the night I always eat out for dinner) you will see my cal totals are always higher then too, its cause eating out at restaurants always adds alot of cals, its all the stuff they put into what you're eating, you have to guess that all the ingredients and quantities and probably over estimate your true intake, but you do the best you can and work with it...For sure one of the things you do soo well, I wish I did better at it, is to get in plenty of liquids, you are usually close to 100 oz or more of combined qualifying liquid choices, bet it helps keep you more regular (TMI?) too...

So, run with it girl, you are doing great...Don't sweat the daily variations, its all part of post-op life ... Alesia

Hi Tabatha , Well, you can see for yourself you need to work on the total numbers, especially way to low on cals, protein could use a little work, not as bad as it could be...You really need to get your cals up to a minimum of 1000, really more than 1200 is better, I've heard, read and been told my my Nut that less than 1000 and the body thinks it starving - it will hold onto everything and you will slow down your metabolism so much you will mess up your ability to keep losing in the future... On the positive side, what I see is good, healthy food choices and this is great, just need to work in a bit more, perhaps adding more substantial protein at you lunch time meal or a protein drink or bar as a snack... See you again tomorrow... Alesia

Not too bad of a day, but there is always room for improvement
Met with an old friend today, boy was she surprised when she saw me. Tomrrow my DH and I are going to a gigantic antique market outdoors in Brimfield MA. Should get plenty of walking in. I already packed some protien bars and got my water bottles chilling.

Alesia, I can't wait for my tomatos to ripen, but it seems it won't be for a while. I do have dozens of green ones though.

Hi Sher, Man, I cannot tell you how awesome those tomatoes have been, slicing them every night so far this week, but will be taking a break for a few days to allow a new batch to get up to speed...Also go 2 really big watermelons going on my suprise vine - planted 3 plants in my garden with are doing well and have 2 small melons on them, somehow in my side yard, outside the fence another plant sprang up, along with a lone corn stalk, the surprise plant is doing fantastic and has 2 huge melons on it and a couple of babies trying to break out, plus a couple ears of corn on the stalk , can't explain it, but not complaining, love watermelon at our house... I saw a really good sounding recipe for fried green tomatoes made in the oven to keep the cals and fat down, if you really want to have some now you could try them this way ... Have a great time at the antiques market, remember this too counts as exercise  and keep up the great job... Alesia
