Hey Everyone

What a perfect day here in IL.  The skies are blue the sun is shining and it was in the low 70's.

I took my puppy for a walk this morning and then hit the gym...  I did my upper body workout

Bicep curls
Pulldowns
Dips
Triceps
hammer
flies
Pushups

Then 40 mins on the treadmill......Ok, I am pooped

So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today?  Come on, it's hump day...get it done now or you have to make up for it this weekend

Hiya.  Was a beautiful day here weather wise too yesterday.  I walked 3 miles, then did Chicometrics, then walked another 3. Hope your day is great! Hugs, April 275/128/135  5'1 (below goal) highest/current/goal

Having some place to go is home. Having someone to love is family.  Having both is a blessing.
